Welcome To My World
Simply listening to the radio is a far cry from working behind the microphone and switchboard. If you think that transition sounds hard, try doing it blind. But, as I found out, that's exactly what three women are doing. This is my radio documentary about Kim Kilpatrick, Shelley Ann Morris and Parastou Souleimanian who, despite their challenges, are setting up a brand new radio show on CKCU, "Welcome to My World."

Q&A | Delaney Dunlop
Fourth-year Carleton University student Delaney Dunlop now lives comfortably in residence. But by April, she could be homeless. Dunlop has cerebral palsy and uses a power wheelchair. Because of her disability, she needs help with daily activities like getting up and getting dressed. Which is a particularly big problem if, as Dunlop says, there isn't enough accessible housing to go around in Ottawa.

Q&A | Dave Carroll
When United Airlines broke Dave Carroll's $3,500 guitar and refused to compensate him, it didn't seem like a good thing. But it was! The singer took to YouTube to protest with a video called United Breaks Guitars. The video soon went viral and United's stocks dropped by 10 per cent. And they changed their minds about compensation. Now, three years later, Carroll will accept the highest alumni award at Carleton University.
